Brexit: Paramilitary threats aren’t basis for decisions, says Donaldson

-

Alex Rutherford:

Prepared for peace, ready forwar.

Christina Murdoch:

Is this for real? Obviously, very few people advocate threatening behaviour on the streets to protest about Brexit decisions, but the electorate made the effort to vote to have representation at Stormont — and look how successful that was.

Davy McGimpsey:

Voting? Who should we vote for Jeffery? Like we voted for Brexit. That went well. We voted for a government and they haven’t been to work in 1,000 days.

Joesus O Murchu:

Davy McGimpsey, the sad reality is people over here will still vote Green or Orange when it comes around to voting again, because they are brainwashed.

Elaine Young:

Yeah, because listening to and voting for the DUP has really worked out well.

Mark Short:

Ballot box? As in votes? As in the one where the majority of people here (from all backgrounds) voted Remain? Mmmm.

Michael Linfield:

This wee country is ready to blow. It’s heading towards the Troubles again.

Robert Ritchie:

Loyalists couldn’t organise a picnic.

Porky Hopkins:

The UVF and UDA will take the war south if Northern Ireland’s place in the Union is diluted. That’s a guarantee. It’s what they exist for. Allegedly.

Ross Quinn:

Porky Hopkins, what does that even mean?

Ray Scott:

Jeffrey was an Ulster Unionist until they became irrelevant. Then he joined the DUP. Looks like Alliance, SDLP or Green Party next.

Jacqueline Prunty Donnelly:

Ray Scott, none of the others would take him or Foster. Thankfully.

John Wilson:

What’s the point of voting? Nobody listens. What will be will be.

Jimmy Hyndman:

I don’t condone violence, but Sinn Fein proved that violence pays. They got everything they wanted.

Robert Ritchie:

Jimmy Hyndman, they didn’t get everything they wanted. NI is still part of the UK. What they did was compromise.
