Bray man (22) is charged with intimidating potential witness

A BRAY MAN who is charged with intimidating a potential witness appeared before Wicklow Circuit Court recently.

David Green (22), 28 Old Court Drive, Bray, was charged with threatening, menacing, intimidating or putting in fear a witness or potential witness, namely Helen O’Reilly, on April 4, 2010, at the nightclub in Jim Doyle’s pub, Bray.

Green previously pleaded guilty to assaulting Ms O’Reilly, causing her harm, on January 9, 2010, at Station Road, Bray.

Following an application by counsel Orla Crowe Judge Michael O’Shea adjourned the case until March 19.
