I HAVE decided that my one resolution for 2013 is going to be to adopt the motto Deeds Not Words.

I have decided that whatever happens I am not going to sit there and just talk about it but do something about it.

I can’t claim it as my own as it was used about 80 years ago by a former national President of the ICA. She used it and she got a lot done so I hope to do the same.

I’m going to use it both at work and at home!’
