CLLR. SARAH Wray has praised coun­cil staff for Bray's re­cent 19th place in the an­nual IBAL Anti-Lit­ter League.

The town has been de­creed ‘cleaner than Euro­pean norms.'

‘It is a great credit to all the coun­cil staff work­ing through the town and seafront daily to com­bat the prob­lem of lit­ter that we have achieved a steady move in the league,' said Cllr. Wray.

‘Many re­sources are pro­vided by the Town Coun­cil and Lit­ter War­den on a prac­ti­cal level while work­ing along­side Vol­un­teer Groups and res­i­dents groups to en­sure Bray is pre­sented to res­i­dents and vis­i­tors well,' said Cllr. Wray.
