Speeding

A FINE of €120 has been imposed on the registered owner of a vehicle speeding at N11 Johnstown, Arklow on July 13, 2012.

Daragh Carey of The Corrig, Moneyhere, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford was charged in connection with the offence but told the court that it was one of his 18 employees that was driving but he could not determine who.

A speed of 111km in a 100km zone was recorded.
