A WICKLOW MAN who was speeding at 116km in a 100km zone has been fined €150 at District Court.

Joseph Doran of 23 Grahams Court, Wicklow Town was the registered owner of the vehicle detected at N11 Johnstown on July 13, 2012. The fixed penalty notice was not paid. There were no previous convictions.
