Come Dine with Me evening a sell-out

FUNDRAISER FOR WEST DAY CARE CENTRE

THE ‘COME Dine with Me’ evening held in St. Pater’s Hall, Kiltegan proved to be an overwhelming success.

Organised by Anne Aspill, the night acted as a fundraiser for the West Wicklow Day Care Centre.

The event proved so popular many punters weren’t quick enough to act and were left disappointed to find out that the fundraiser had already sold out.

‘Come Dine with Me’ marked another excellent year for the West Wicklow Day Care Centre on the fundraising side of things. The Tramway Theatre played host to a highly entertaining concert, while the annual Christmas Dinner also drew plenty of support. The Kiltegan Players organised a production of ‘Drinking Habits’ and a stove and fuel raffle was held in May of 2012.

Plans are already afoot for further fundraising events for the year ahead, starting with a performance by the Garda Band. A venue and date has yet to be decided so check this space for further details.
