Ladies Fun GAA And Walk

LADIES of any age wishing to get a little bit fitter for the New Year should drop down to the Gaelic pitch on the Glencap Road on a Wednesday night at 8-30 for some fun, football and fitness! There are no matches involved so the emphasis is on enjoyment and everyone trains at their own pace. Newcomers would be very welcome so don't be shy! If this sounds too strenuous, a group also goes walking every Sunday morning, meeting at 9.45am in the Village.
