The first real heavy snow fell in En­niskerry on Sun­day night Night / Mon­day morn­ing but noth­ing like the snows of two years ago. Hopefully all our older res­i­dents are be­ing checked out for all good rea­sons. Help is out there just call some­one and you will be looked af­ter. SPORTS

The weather put a stop to all sports in En­niskerry ex­cept for darts which went ahead as usual. WORK­SHOP

En­niskerry Fo­rum are hold­ing an open work­shop to dis­cuss and hear ideas from En­niskerry res­i­dents for the 5 year plan for the vil­lage for which has re­ceived a €12,000 grant from the Leader Fund. The venue is Pow­er­scourt Arms Coun­try House from 7.30pm to 9.30pm on Thurs­day 24th Jan­uary all are wel­come. The turnout for the adult train­ing Ladies and Gents is gain­ing num­bers ev­ery week with ses­sions on Mon­day, Wed­nes­day and Fri­day in the En­niskerry Ground at Pairc na Sil­logue.
