Local man admits to assault

A BRAY man had his case adjourned until July when he pleaded guilty at last week's sitting of Wicklow Circuit Court.

Sidney Moorehouse (28), 7 A Old Court Park, Bray pleaded guilty to assaulting Joe Moorehouse causing him harm at Vevay Road on September 23, 2011.

State prosecutor Paul Murray, BL, looked for a victim impact report in the matter.

Judge Michael O'Shea adjourned the case until July 8 for sentence and varied Moorehouse's signing on conditions meaning he now only has to sign on once a week at Bray Garda Station.
