LITERACY AWARENESS WEEK

This week is Literacy Awareness Week at Coláiste Chraobh Abhann. Our school has a continued commitment to enhancing the levels of literacy and numeracy of our students, across all curricular areas. As part of the week, students will be challenged by daily numeracy tasks and quizzes, and encouraged to develop their awareness of literacy and numeracy as key life skills. Best wishes to the third year Home Economics students who are completing their practical cookery exam this week. Lots of time has been spent perfecting their culinary skills and we wish them well. IRISH ORAL EXAMS

Go n-éirí go geal le daltaí na séú bliana sna béaltrialacha an tseachtain seo. Good luck to the sixth year students who are sitting their Irish oral exam this week. Students have been busy practising their Gaeilge for this important exam, which is worth 40% of their final grade. CAMOGIE
