Chamber to hold annual golf classic in Blainroe

THE WICKLOW Town and District Chamber of Commerce Annual Golf Classic will take place on Friday May 23 in Blainroe Golf Club.

This is the chamber's marquee annual fundraising event and down through the years has attracted tremendous support from businesses in the area.

The classic is a team event with three players required for each team. The cost of entering per team is €240, which includes a three course dinner at the clubhouse. Tee off will take place at 12 noon, with the last team starting off at 4 p.m. The Chamber Cup will also take palce on the day and is open to all chamber members. The prize giving will take place after the dinner at approximately 8.30 p.m. and their will be awards for longest drive and nearest to the pin as well as raffle for prizes including a dinner at the Mystic Celt.

All payments for the tournament must be made before Friday, May 23.
