EXAMS ARE coming up and you can't get focussed? Then there's help at hand.

It's important that you have a routine and a plan to keep you focussed and to help you know exactly where you are going with the studies. You need a healthy diet, that's crucial for concentration!

You need to have a regular sleeping pattern and an ability to switch off from it all and time to do a little exercise. Watch your posture. Keep hydrated, otherwise you will feel tired. No alcohol, sorry but this will only aggravate stress and affect your motivation and concentration.

It's always a good idea to take Omega 3 fish oils to support brain health and function. Rhodiola will help with concentration, stress and memory. You can take this with a multi vitamin that's high in B Vitamins for optimum effect.

If it's a bit of motivation that you need, take a supplement that includes Tyrosine or try the Flower Remedy Hornbeam.

If you need to focus then try Concentration drops added to water. Clematis is a good flower remedy if you find that you are day dreaming every time you open a book.

Some of you will be panicking. Supplements that contain L-Theanine will help you; it can be taken alongside Rock Rose for panic attacks.

If it's anxiety, then try Avena Sativa alongside Aspen. A multi vitamin that is high in B Vitamins will compliment either of these suggestions.

Ginseng is helpful for stress and when energy is needed. Take Valerian, Melissa or Magnesium if you need help sleeping.

If it's the difference between passing and failing then you deserve to give yourself the very best chance of success. Stressing about exams won't help you to pass, think about what's causing you a problem and try to find a solution.
