County Manager wins case

COUNCILLORS Tommy Cullen and Barry Nevin will assess all aspects of their failed defamation case before deciding if they will lodge an appeal or not.

According to a joint press release issued on behalf of both councillors, ‘Cllr. Cullen and Cllr. Nevin stated that they were disappointed with the outcome. They intend to meet with their legal representatives this week to go over all aspects of the case. We may also consider an appeal.’
