Get ready to line out for rugby 7s festival

THE Greystones Rugby 7s festival will return this summer and will take place for the second time at Greystones Rugby Club on Saturday July 12.

There will be 24 teams entered in four categories - Open Women’s, Open Men’s, Open Youths and Open Girls.

‘ This promises to be another exciting day of sevens rugby, craic agus ceol!’ said organiser Taragh Hanley. ‘With so many teams already interested in entering this year’s event it will be another fantastic day out for all in Greystones.’

There on the day will be International sevens referee David Keane, the most capped rugby sevens' referee in the world. The day will include bouncy castles, face painting, balloon twisting, a BBQ, craft and food stalls.
