Bob ready to help you lose weight

ROB ROE (28) from Bray’s Richmond Park has changed his life by losing weight and is now going to start teaching others how to do the same.

He battled with his weight from his early teens and spent years going up and down in size.

‘I could never buy the clothes he wanted and tried nearly every diet that was going,’ said Rob. My weight stopped me from wanting to socialise with friends,’ he said.

‘My weight would make me feel so low that I would do nothing other than sit around the house and feel sorry for myself.’

He joined a local Slimming World group in May 2013 weighing 15 stone 3.5 lbs.

He has lost 3 stone 4.5 lbs. in 24 weeks so that he now weighs 11 stone 13 lbs. and fits in to a size 30, something he never thought possible.
