Workout Express ladies up for walk

50 SIGN UP FOR ‘DARKNESS INTO LIGHT’

THIS year over 50 members and staff from Ladies Workout Express will take part in the Darkness into Light challenge on Saturday May 10.

Indications are that almost 1,000 people will take part in Bray with over 40,000 taking part nationally.

The 5km walk around Bray starts at 4.15 a.m. and finishes with the sun rising. The ladies are supporting Pieta House to raise awareness of suicide and self harm and they are also supporting Open Door Day Centre to provide activities for adults with physical disabilities.
