Scouts’ hard work pays off for Cancer Sup­port

1ST WICK­LOW-2ND DUBLIN, St. Kil­ians Scout Group, Grey­stones pre­sented a check to Grey­stones Cancer Sup­port last week to as­sist them with the fan­tas­tic work they do.

The money was raised at the Scouts an­nual St. Pa­tricks Day break­fast, a fundraiser for the troops an­nual sum­mer-camp.

The scouts spent the morn­ing over a hot stove to make sure ev­ery­one was well fed prior to the pa­rade.

The scout break­fast is an an­nual tra­di­tion in Grey­stones with the young people serv­ing up three sit­tings of the meal to ac­com­mo­date such high de­mand in the town.
