Drink driving

A BRAY man accused of drinking and driving had his case adjourned to May 19.

James Gregory (49), 9 Ardee Street, appeared at Bray District Court last Thursday.

He is accused of the offence alleged to have occurred on March 27 at Putland Road. Solicitor Conway O’Hara sought a statements order. He said that Gregory is on a carers allowance and will provide a statement of means on the next occasion. The case was put back to May 19 for a plea or date
