Naturally healthy

HAVE YOU ever had a day when you were going around in circles, in slow motion, and getting nothing done? This occasionally happens to me. But not today, because I took a couple of tablets containing Tyrosine. My daughter took them last year for motivation to get focused on studying for her exams, they worked! There were five left - I throw nothing out! That’s why my marriage has lasted!

I took two of them and by three o’clock I was on a roll and I didn’t stop until nine o’clock. By that time I had filled a black bag and the car boot with things to be cleared out. I had rearranged the kitchen and sitting room, made dinner and still had energy.

Next morning I took two more, this was too good to be true and I had to see what would happen. I had a really busy day lined up and normally I would be exhausted by the end of it, but I still had the energy in the evening to do some paperwork. I couldn’t believe it.

They were great, they gave me the drive and motivation that I needed. I’ll take them for two months, they will boost my dopamine levels which is probably why I was lacking drive in the first place.

I am not saying that they will work for everyone but if you need a bit of a boost, a bit of drive, something to motivate you then they might help you. The supplement contains 500mg of Tyrosine, Vitamin C and B vitamins. It’s not to be used if you take MAO anti-depressants.

Tyrosine, the main ingredient, helps to improve mental performance and function. I’m glad I tried this remedy, it’s giving me the drive I need.
