Dear Voters, Thank you one and all for the welcome and courtesy you showed my self and my canvassers at you doorstep an experience hopefully to be repeated during the next four years!

I am acutely aware of the levels of anxiety everyone is feeling over the impending Water Charges and Property Tax . The privatisation of our water has been on their agenda since the 2002 general election so don't be fooled by the promise of free quotas or subsidies, just look at how they have cut the household packages for our elderly and taken medical cards from seriously ill children when the mood suits them .

The serious Lack of Housing and the crisis of Homelessness that so many families and single people face today proves who's side this Government is on when it comes to solving the problem . Lining the pockets of landlords with large property portfolios just as they lined the pockets of bankers is their solution to your housing problems!

The repeated expression we heard on our canvass was " they just don't care or they don't live in our reality "

And sadly that's the truth of it but you can make them sit up and take notice on the 23rd of May. Mark their cards make them pay for their indifference show them you care you matter and vote them all of them out of office.

It is clear Wicklow Co Council needs a clean sweep out. Return only councillors who will

INDEPENDENT represent you the People and not party interests . Don't give them another four years to sit around and do nothing for people of Bray Enniskerry and Kilmacanogue .

Please remember the words of the late Nelson Mandela that "A good head and a good heart are a formidable combination"

So Make your vote work for you and vote Hannon Kennedy Catherine No 1 on polling day!
