Positivity workshop at Luisne centre in Kilcoole

A POSITIVITY workshop will be held at Luisne Centre for Spirituality this Thursday, December 11 at 7.30 p.m.

Anyone who would like to attract more positive influences into their life is welcome to attend, as are those who have lots of positivity to share.

This will be an interactive, creative discussion with positive inspiration and creative tools to remind us who is in charge of our thoughts and feelings.

There will also be a brief presentation on nutrition and mental wellness. Luisne are also giving 20 per cent off classes booked and paid for by December 15.
