Brady eviction case before High Court

A High Court case involving the proposed eviction of John Brady from his Bray Home will be before the court again this week.

The matter was before the court last week and was further adjourned to Friday December 15.

Cllr Brady is the Cathaoirleach of the Municipal District of Bray and lives at Kilbride Grove in the town.

The property is a council house which the authorities say has been subject to unau- thorised works to the attic 10 years ago.

Cllr Brady, his wife Gayle and their five children were given notice to quit the house last May. The Brady family has refused to leave the house.
