Golf Society AGM

The Plucks Golf Society (formally the Glencormac Inn) held their AGM last Friday night in the Parish Hall.

A very enjoyable year was had in 2014 where the members played some great courses and some really excellent ones lined up again for 2015.

The following officers were elected on the night. President Jim McGrath, Chairman Kevin Molloy, Vice-Chairman, Gerry Touhy, Captain Brendan Finnerty, and Vice- Captain is Paul Murphy. The Treasurer is Greg O’Donnell and the Handicap Secretary is last year’s Captain, Chris O’Neill.

Everyone in the society would like to say a big thanks to Mark Quinn, who is stepping down as handicap Secretary after three hugely successful years where he gave the society brilliant service.
