Motions to consider

1: That Playing Rules 3 – Scores – in Treora Oifigiuil Part 2 – 2014, section 3.1 be amended to include the following:

Any foul awarded to a team resulting in a 13 meter in Gaelic football and 20 meter free in hurling, if scored be valued at two points to the team that scores the free. (Dunlavin) 2: Insert the following into Wicklow Bye Laws: A charge of €5 entry to all club adult league home fixtures, for supporters, players, mentors. Home club retains the money. (Dunlavin)

3: To amend Rule no 2.3, replace the word “three” with “two”, to read Rule 2.3 - A penalty puck shall be taken at the centre point of the 20m line and the semi-circular arc, and only two defending players may stand on the goal-line.

All other players, with the exception of the player taking the puck, shall be outside the 20m line, and shall not cross the 20m line or the arc until the ball has been struck.

If a defending player(s) fouls before the ball is struck and a goal does not result, the referee shall allow the penalty puck to be retaken. (Dunlavin)

4: That the All-Ireland Senior and Minor hurling and football finals be played in August each year commencing in the year 2016. (Cillín Caoimhín)

5: That all teams remain standing together until the end of playing of Amhrán na bhFiann (Emmet Bhré)

6: That all Intercount­y referees under go an annual medical test in the interests of health and safety. (Na nGearaltai­gh Baile Mhuine).
