1: That Play­ing Rules 3 – Scores – in Tre­ora Oi­figiuil Part 2 – 2014, sec­tion 3.1 be amended to in­clude the fol­low­ing:

Any foul awarded to a team re­sult­ing in a 13 me­ter in Gaelic foot­ball and 20 me­ter free in hurl­ing, if scored be val­ued at two points to the team that scores the free. (Dunlavin) 2: In­sert the fol­low­ing into Wick­low Bye Laws: A charge of €5 en­try to all club adult league home fix­tures, for sup­port­ers, play­ers, men­tors. Home club re­tains the money. 3: To amend Rule no 2.3, re­place the word “three” with “two”, to read Rule 2.3 - A penalty puck shall be taken at the cen­tre point of the 20m line and the semi-cir­cu­lar arc, and only two de­fend­ing play­ers may stand on the goal-line.

All other play­ers, with the ex­cep­tion of the player tak­ing the puck, shall be out­side the 20m line, and shall not cross the 20m line or the arc un­til the ball has been struck.

If a de­fend­ing player(s) fouls be­fore the ball is struck and a goal does not re­sult, the ref­eree shall al­low the penalty puck to be re­taken. (Dunlavin)

4: That the All-Ire­land Se­nior and Mi­nor hurl­ing and foot­ball fi­nals be played in Au­gust each year com­menc­ing in the year 2016. (Cil­lín Caoimhín)

5: That all teams re­main stand­ing to­gether un­til the end of play­ing of Amhrán na bhFiann (Em­met Bhré)

6: That all In­ter­county ref­er­ees un­der go an an­nual med­i­cal test in the in­ter­ests of health and safety. (Na nGear­al­taigh Baile Mhuine).
