First Holy Communion

Congratulations to all the children of second Class in Kilmacanogue National School who made their First Holy Communion on Saturday in glorious sunshine.

Those that celebrated this wonderful day were Ava Browne, Owen Bunce Seda, Riley Burke O’Toole, Simon Cafferkey, Alex Condon, Calum Cunnane, Noah Dixon, Emma Duffy, Daniel Dunne, Aoife Fox, Billy Hackett Doyle, Casey Hall, Ella Hall, Luke Honan, Ryisa Hunt, Sarah Kearns, Niamh Kelly, Regan King, Savannah Mason, Saidbh McClean, Aisling Meehan and Muireann Tighe.

Well done to everyone who played their pat in a wonderful ceremony and a massive thank you to Ms. De Bruin who prepared the children so well. Thank you also to Fr Wall for the beautiful ceremony, Mrs Kelly, Ms Burke and the children of fourth and fifth Class who provided the lovely choir on the day.

As is tradition, the families attended a reception in the school afterwards and thank you to the parents who helped in anyway at this event. We hope the children and their families had a lovely day with such beautiful weather and we wish them the very best for the future.
