Second man charged in connection with attack

A Ballybrack man was remanded in custody last week, having been charged in connection with the assualt of elderly Bray woman Eva Sutton.

Michael Cash (24) of Ashlawn Park, Ballybrack, was remanded in custody to Cloverhill prison. Cash appeared before a court last Thursday. The previous week, Jamie O’Brien (21), 6 Hazelwood, Bray, was charged with aggravated burglary and assault connected to the same incident on September 10 2015 and similarly remanded in custody.

Mrs Sutton was aged 90 at the time of the attack.
