Church Gate Collection – St Vincent de Paul: A Church gate collection will take place this weekend in aid of our local conference of St Vincent de Paul. Your support is greatly appreciated.
Prayer Intention Book: A prayer intention book for students sitting exams has been placed in front of the Ambo for anyone who would like a student remembered.
Cemetery Sunday: The Springfield Cemetery Mass of Remembrance and Blessing of the Graves will take place on Sunday, June 19, at 2.30 p.m.
Lourdes 2016: Our annual Lourdes pilgrimage will take place from September 7 to September 12. Booking through the Parish Office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings only. Price €719. QOP YOUTH CLUB
Queen of Peace Adventure Youth Club members continue with water sports on Tuesdays till the end of September. A climb in Glendalough had fifteen participating. The over 14 age group carried out a cleanup of the club boathouse. In June there will be a climb on Snowdon Mountain in Wales. Past members and friends of the club are welcome to be on this trip. DIVING CLUB
Following lectures and pool training Bray Divers Sub-Aqua Club new trainee snorkelers took to the sea at Greystones. Training included snorkel technique, towing, rescue, finning with masks, and finning without masks. Facilitators were Ger Kennedy, Lauren Hetherington, and Albert Kerr. Trainees included Max Keating, Nathan Nolan, Fionn Brien, Ryan Fegan, and Alex Barcoe. Everyone enjoyed the occasion, and all are looking forward to the next session. The club welcomes new member Oisin Brady. Oisins Dad Jon is a diver who dived many times with the club.

HISTORY TALKS IN LIBRARY
Bray Library in association with Sunbeam House, are hosting a series of six 60-minute local history talks at 2 p.m. on consecutive Fridays dealing with aspects of Bray and County Wicklow history, presented by local historians Brian White and James Scannell from the Bray Cualann Historical Society.
The series continues concludes this Friday with ‘From Grand Jury to County Council: Local Government in County Wicklow’, presented by James Scannell. All are welcome and admission is free.
