Put off road for 2 years

JOHN DUNNE of 19 Willowbrook, Kilcoole, was put off the road at a hearing of Gorey District Court.

Judge Gerard Haughton learned that Dunne had failed to produce documents to show that he had insurance at Ballydaniel in Camolin, Co. Wexford, on July 3, 2016, when he was stopped by Garda Trevor McCormack in the early hours.

He was fined €2,300 and disqualified from holding a licence for two years.
