SENIOR CUP RUGBY

St Gerard’s School 0 St Michael’s College 23: Congratulations to St Michael’s college on a well-deserved victory and on reaching the Leinster Senior Cup quarter final in Donnybrook last Wednesday. It was a tremendous game in what can only be described as atrocious conditions. It was cold, wet and windy but both teams gave their all in a very entertaining game.

We are immensely proud of our Senior Cup Team on a heroic performance having defended against a gale force wind for a 0-0 at half time score-line. Congratulations to everyone involved in the team on their performance and we look forward to the O’Connor Cup and the Leinster Senior Plate in February and March.
