Well done to all who helped the out in any way for the Down Syndrome Ireland cycle at the grounds on Saturday.

Blessingto­n Seniors – Blessingto­n 2-12 v 0-5 Eire Óg Greystones. Blessingto­n got their fifth win of the league at home to Greystones on Saturday.

The team led 1-7 to 0-2 at half-time in a match played in greasy conditions. The second half was a scrappy affair with Blessingto­n always ahead and rarely looking threatened. Next up is the county champion Baltinglas­s which is away on Tuesday, May 23 at 7.30pm.

Under-16 girls – Under-16 girls were given a walkover by Valleymoun­t in the league last Tuesday.

Physio on Wednesday at 7pm in the clubhouse. €5 donation. Players training will have first preference.

G4M&O – G4M&O – Training Wednesdays from 7pm to 8pm after the Easter break. New playing members are always welcome. Anyone over 18 is welcome to come along and try it out for a few weeks no previous football experience is needed. Go Games Football – Our under-7 and under-9 teams are away on Saturday, May 20 against Coolboy v Tinahely, Carnew, Ballymanus.

Under-7 – NKL away v Balyna on Saturday at 2.30pm.

Under-8 – Our under-8s travelled to Rathcoffey to play St Edwards in the NKL on Saturday and produced a very strong performanc­e throughout with a focus on blocking and kicking the into space. Everyone performed really well but performanc­e of the day went to Callum Dempsey for his work rate and fine score taking.

Under-9 – At home v Eadestown on Friday, May 19 at 7pm.

Under-10/Under-11 - Training continues every Monday and Wednesday evening from 6.30pm to 7.45pm unless otherwise notified.

Wicklow Under-11 league - We were away to AGB on Wednesday, May 10, and both our teams played very good football and came out on top in both games.

Our third team was also away against Shillelagh but were second best on the night to an excellent home team. We wish a speedy recovery to Frankie who despite being injured travelled to Arklow to cheer on his mates.

Kildare League - Our under-10s played at home against Naas on Friday and despite battling to the end we could not match the pace and accuracy of Naas. Next up is at home against Kilcock on Saturday at 4.30pm.

Under-15 – The Blessingto­n v Rathnew at home game on Thursday last was postponed due to the passing of manager Paul O’Brien’s mam. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h’anam dilis.

Super Games Centre - The sessions below are open to all U15 - U17 players that are not doing the state exams. This programme offers a developmen­t opportunit­y to clubs and coaches to get involved and help provide additional games for players during this time.

Under-17 Football - Non-exam students U15 – U17 Super Games - Open to all non-exam players every Monday for five weeks starting May 29 from 7.30pm – 9pm. This will replace the county under-17 league as it takes a break for the Junior Certificat­e.

Under 15 Hurling and Football - Open to all non-exam players every Wednesday for five weeks starting May 24 from 7.30pm – 8.30pm.

This will replace the county under-15 League as it takes a break for the Junior Certificat­e.

Under-8 hurling – NKL at home v Celbridge 10am on Sunday, May 21. Under-10 hurling – NKL BYE.

Lotto –The lotto jackpot was €2,200 on Tuesday (last night). Draw held in Mileys. Thank you for your continued support. Clothing Collection ongoing - collecting good quality second hand clothing suitable for re-use. Please fill as many black bin bags as you can – the more we collect, the more our club receives.
