BROTHERS MAKE IT TO LIVE SHOWS

BLESSINGTO­N singing sensations Seán and Conor Price are celebratin­g yet another X Factor success as they prepare for their first live television show this weekend.

The teenage duo will be hoping for plenty of support as they compete each week to stay in the competitio­n. They received the news from judge and mentor Simon Cowell on last week’s show and and are one of three group acts to make it through.

Seán and Conor, who are aged 17 and 15 respective­ly, were overjoyed with the news and were full of emotion as they hugged each other at the news of their achievemen­t.

Cheryl, who joined Cowell for the decision-making process, described the brothers as ‘charming’ while Cowell said that they had ‘enormous like-ability’ before informing the that they were on to the next stage.

The Price brothers are now in with a very real chance of taking the 2017 X Factor title. According to Boyle Sports, the Wicklow act is currently fourth favourite to win with odds of 7/1.

They paid tribute to their supporters on Twitter after the news broke.

‘ Thanks so much to everyone for the support and messages. Live shows here we come!’ they said.

Seán and Conor ammassed a following from their regular busking sessions on Dublin’s Grafton Street and recently drew a huge crowd as they busked in their home town.
