Parenting when separated course

BRAY Area Partnership are looking for expressions of interest from parents in the Bray area for a new ‘Parenting When Separated’ course.

When they have enough people they will set a date. Parents who have taken part in the course before said that they found it really helpful.

The six-week course is for parents who are preparing for, going through, or have gone through a separation or divorce.

Topics include solving co-parenting problems in a positive way that focus on the needs of children; coping with the emotional impact of separation and learning stress management techniques; helping your children cope with the impact of the separation both emotionally and practically, and enhancing communication with your children and with their other parent.
