Complete wipeout of club fixtures in Wicklow

STORM EMMA and the Beast from the East are still tormenting Wicklow GAA fixture makers with all club fixtures abandoned for another week as conditions remain difficult throughout the county.

It is expected that Sunday’s NHL division 2B clash between Wicklow and Derry will be moved to Bray, with Aughrim a major doubt at the time of going to print.

Carlow GAA’s Tommy Murphy is very confident that Saturday evening’s NFL Division 4 clash of the home team and John Evans’ Wicklow side will go ahead at Netwatch Cullen Park.
