Swift Kick win three gold medals at Irish Open
NEWTOWN’S Swift Kick Martial Arts Academy had a great great day on Saturday at the Irish Open in Citywest.
The event is the biggest Kickboxing competition in Europe.
It was a complete team effort in even getting to the venue in all the snow, and two of their competitors couldn’t even make it.
But they came away with an amazing three first place finishes, five second places and three third spots leaving them fifth on the overall medal table after day one out of 201 clubs entered in the tournament.
