Delgany Dramatic Society

Two one act plays will be presented by Delgany Dramatic Society in The Old Schoolhouse, Delgany.

‘Theatrical Digs’, a light comedy by Jean McConnell, directed by Peter Harrison is a delightful and funny encounter between an eccentric older actress and a glamorous and conceited younger actress taking a break between shows.

This will be followed by ‘The Virtuous Burglar’ a fast moving comedy by the Italian 1997 Nobel laureate for Literature, Dario Fo, directed by Morgan Hannon. The Burglar, a notorious criminal makes a poor choice of premises for his latest exploit and becomes embroiled in a number of ‘misunderstandings’.

The plays will be performed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, March 22, 23 and 24, at 8 p.m.
