Network Ireland meeting

TWO speakers will address the next Network Ireland event taking place at Fishers of Newtownmou­ntkennedy next Tuesday, March 20.

Isobel Keeling, the Wicklow Herbalist based in Greystones, and Rachael Davis of Remedy Pilates & Physiother­apy in Bray, will provide attendees with personal stories, valid informatio­n, tips and beneficial notes on how to live a healthier, longer and potentiall­y happier life.

Isobel will demonstrat­e how people can all improve our daily lives and personal well-being through diet, supplement­s and herbs. Following Isobel’s recovery from ill health, she has become a qualified Herbalist and Reiki Master. She now endeavours to help others in their journey, to better their health, wellbeing and to get to know themselves in a deeper way.

Rachael will provide insight into women’s health at various stages of their lives and will discuss injury prevention, rehabilita­tion, pain management and strengthen­ing. Rachel also helped to prepare boxing legend Katie Taylor for her Olympic Gold Medal win in 2012.

Speaking prior to the event, Network Ireland Wicklow Branch President, Louisa Meehan said: ‘ The world today is very busy, I find that I am always rushing with multiple work and home commitment­s, especially since I became a parent almost eight years ago. In light of this, it is even more important than ever to carve out time to take care of yourself.’

The meeting starts at 7 p.m.
