BLESSING OF THE GRAVES

Will be held in Glendaloug­h on Saturday, May 12, at 8 p.m. (In the event of inclement weather prayers will be said in St Kevin’s Church immediatel­y after the 7 p.m. Mass approximat­ely 7.45 p.m.). Brockagh Blessing of the graves will be on Saturday, May 19, after 7 p.m. Mass.

PILATES AT THE BROCKAGH

EAST COAST FM WICKLOW WIDE COFFEE MORNING.

East Coast FM Wicklow Wide coffee morning in the Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh (free car parking available) on Friday, April 20, from 10 a.m. to midday in aid of Wicklow Cancer Support Services and the Wicklow Hospice. A very worthy cause, which has touched many families in some way. Enjoy delicious treats and chat with some friendly faces while being entertaine­d by the wonderful Denise Brennan and Michael Flood. We will be reporting LIVE on East Coast FM and there will be a raffle on the morning with some fantastic prizes up for grabs. SCRAP METAL DAY

Unfortunat­ely we cannot accept washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwasher­s, cookers, fridges or freezers.

GLENDALOUG­H CAR BOOT SALES

Don’t miss the next Car Boot on Easter Sunday. Bargains to be snapped up on items like, collectabl­es, clothes and accessorie­s, books, candles, gifts for upcoming birthdays and of course get your appetite working with some delicious, wholesome home baking. Vans must be booked in. Please pre-book indoor spaces early. BEALTAINE AFTERNOON TEA DANCE

The Wicklow Man is back to entertain us while we dance the afternoon away on May 20 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh. If you are a group, please call 0404 45600 to book in.

St Kevin’s Parish has a vacancy for a temporary, parttime maintenanc­e person. The applicant must be in receipt of an appropriat­e social welfare (DEASP) payment to qualify for the Community Employment scheme. HIGH INTENSITY FITNESS DANCE (HIFD)
