Disposal of county council lands

COUNCILLORS agreed to the disposal of two Wicklow County Council assets at July’s meeting held last Monday.

Land at Convent Road, Wicklow town in the townland of Corporation Lands, Wicklow town will go to the Dominican Sisters. The freehold interest in the property known as 34 Wolfe Tone Square North, Bray will be disposed of to Thomas O’Reilly, the personal representative of the estate of Mrs Margaret O’Reilly deceased.
