Quarter final championship victory

Congratulations to Kilmacanogue Senior Team as they sailed into the Wicklow Intermediate Football Championship semi-finals with a comprehensive 3-14 to 1-11 victory over Ballymanus.

Kilmac set a blistering pace from the throw in and lead 3-08 to 0-03 points at halftime following goals by Arran Creavin, Sam O’Callaghan and Stephen Morgan. Ballymanus staged a fightback in the second half but it wasn’t enough and now it is on to a semi-final v Tinahely on the weekend of September 29 and 30. Well done Mark and the lads.
