Soccer action

A few games cancelled last weekend but three junior games to report. The under-10s got well beaten on Sunday morning against a very good Enniskerry team with Cian Levin’s and Jude Leahy scoring and Oisin Shortt and Ross Mocharsky in great form for the glens. The under-11s lost 5-3 to Roundwood in a game they were unlucky not to get something from. Seán Mooney scored twice with Aishling Meehan also finding the net in a good team display.

The under-12s beat Newtown 3-1 on a wet Saturday morning in Ryders Field. Ben Morgan, Daniel Moraghan and an own goal as a result of a great Finn Kelly assist saw the glens win out in a great team display.
