ROBBIE’S CHARITY SINGLE
SINGER-SONGWRITER Robbie Doyle has released a charity single to help raise funds for the Gavin Glynn Foundation.
Robbie wrote the song ‘Superhero in the Sky’ for the Glynn family to honour the life of their son and brother Gavin. It was never officially released and it was only used at official events for the foundation over the last couple of years.
At the end of 2018, Robbie decided to fine-tune the single and make it available to the public to enjoy.
‘I am delighted to finally release this remastered version of “Superhero in the Sky” with all proceeds of this charity single going 100 per cent directly to the Gavin Glynn Foundation,’ said Robbie.
The single is €2 and available on the website robbiedoyle.ie.
The foundation, formed in honour of Gavin who died in 2014 aged four, helps the families of children fighting cancer to travel overseas for treatment.
