In other news 10 of Arklows Boy 1, 2 and 3 boxers entered the Leinsters Championships over the last two weekends. They all gave a good account of themselves and following some very unlucky close split decisions two silver medals were won by Sean Byrne and Cian Redmond.
Arklow’s Irish Champion Tegan Farrell is to be honoured by The Cathaoirleach Miriam Murphy and members of Arklow municipal council and has been invited to a reception on 24th April to honour her achievments.
