A showcase of festive fashions

-

SOME tickets are still available for a glamorous night of festive fashions.

The Woodenbridge Hotel and Wicklow Hospice Foundation have joined forces for a second year running to put on a festive inspired Ladies Christmas Charity Ball with Fashion Show, to take place on Friday, November 29.

This gala event will begin with a prosecco reception and entertainment from The Arklow Ukulele Players.

Local boutique Fayebella will showcase some Christmas party outfits during the first of the evening’s fashion shows, before a seasonal three course meal is served.

McMullan’s, which celebrated 90 years in business recently, will put on a show with their top fashion favourites for the festive season, as guests sit back and relax at their tables.

During the evening, a panel of judges, including Wicklow Hospice patron and TV3 panellist, Tina Koumarianos, will reveal three winning ‘Best Dressed Ladies’. The party will continue late into the night with music from Today FM DJ Phil Cawley.

Sinead Tarmey of Wicklow Hospice said, ‘We are delighted that the Woodenbridge Hotel has chosen the Wicklow Hospice as the beneficiary of this fundraiser again in 2019. It promises to be a great night for groups of ladies wishing to get ideas for a special Christmas outfit, while helping the Wicklow Hospice Foundation.’

Tickets cost €55 each, with €20 from each ticket going to the Wicklow Hospice. All guests will be entered into a door prize draw for some amazing prizes. To book, call the Woodenbridge Hotel on 0402 35146.
