AB Print giving out Covid-19 forms

-

AB Print and Design on Florence Road in Bray is providing free Covid-19 unemployment forms and preprinted Freepost envelopes to those who do not have access to printers or computers.

The business has closed until further notice but will provide the forms between 10 a.m. and 12 midday each day. ‘ This is our way of giving back to our community,’ said owner Anthony Arcari.

He said that anyone with orders pending will be looked after as soon as they are able to re-open.

‘Unfortunately as a result of this pandemic I have had to (hopefully temporarily) let go all my staff as business was lost in a matter of hours,’ said Anthony. ‘As a local print, signage and graphic design business, we rely on other businesses for advertising and printing needs. So if they are closed, so are we.’

Anthony said he is aware of other businesses who have helped the community, including pubs who donated their food to the homeless, and florists who looked after deliveries for Mother’s Day, as well as charities such as Bray Area Rough Sleepers Support who look after those who have nothing.

‘Also a huge shout out to those in the healthcare system, gardai, the fire services and defence forces - putting their lives at risk to help those who need it most,’ said Anthony,

‘We can all do our part in helping each other and the elderly by being responsible. Keep social distancing, wash hands regularly and stay in when possible. Together as Irish people we will beat this.’
