ROUNDWOOD GARDA ASSISTANCE DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Garda Michael O’Rourke in Roundwood Garda Station will be providing a service to the senior citizens and persons at high risk. The service will allow them ring 087 1329420 to assist in getting medicines or any other supplies delivered to their doorstep from local shops/pharmacy. Centra, Grants Butcher’s, the post office, Sugar Mountain Cafe, Roundwood Pharmacy and Keeleys Hardware are all on board. So call on the above number and let us know how we can help. It is hoped to continue this service for the duration of the extraordinary events we are experiencing. Please share if in the Roundwood area and pass on the number to our senior citizens and Persons at High Risk.

ROUNDWOOD GOLF SOCIETY

We hope you are keeping safe and well in this difficult time. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus, we the committee have decided to postpone our Druids Glen outing, the Frank Lawless Memorial on Saturday, April 4. We will rearrange it for a later date in the year. We will issue further updates regarding other outings nearer the time.

MEDJUGORJE

A pilgrimage to Medjugorje will take place on October 7 for seven days at a cost of €679 fully inclusive. €200 deposit secures booking. This trip will be accompanied by a Spiritual Director. The accommodation is close to the church.
