Struck out

A MAN accused of not wearing a safety belt had his case struck out last week at Bray District Court.

Michael Stack (23), 39A Sugarloaf Crescent, Bray, told the court that he had not received the fine in the post.

The alleged incident occurred on the Vevay Road on May 16, 2019.

Judge David Kennedy struck the matter out.
