Best game you were ever involved in and why? Under-13 county final v St. Pats last year. I was captain and no one expected us to win.

Best game you ever watched and why? Wexford v Kilkenny, Leinster final, 2019. What a day!

Favourite player from your own club and why? Tony Kinsella, because he never stops going, little terrier.

Favourite Wicklow player and why? I wouldn’t know any.

Favourite national player and why? Diarmuid O’Keeffe, what a man, and stylish hairdo.

Your sporting dream for 2021: For it to start back.

Your sporting dream overall: To play for a long time and win big with my club and like the 2 Johnnies say: ‘when I grow up I’m gonna play county’.

Name of your school and your honest opinion of it: Gaelcholái­ste na Mara. Good school; I loves the cúpla focal. Favourite subject: History Favourite teacher: Oide Risteard or Gearoid

Name something you really like about your school (aside from the subject and teacher)? Half day Wednesdays.

What would you like to do when you leave school? Irish teacher

In your own words, explain what you love most about your club? You’re always welcome and the pitch is class.

In your own words, what improvemen­ts could be made in how your sport is organised that could help you enjoy the game more? Less school, more sport.

Favourite food: Chicken burger Most annoying habit in a teammate: Few lads still to mature a bit.

Most annoying habit in a coach: Everything, because it’s my Da! No escaping him.

What’s the one thing you look forward to most at training or a game? Getting my first score and settling down.

What’s the one thing you don’t look forward to at training or a game? Warm up

Best thing a coach ever said to you: Tough one, ‘you did ok’, thats when you know you played really well.

If your coach was an animal, what would he/she be? Pussycat

Best nickname in your club: Soft lad, quite a few lads have acquired this name.

Have you any peculiar habits before a game? Go asleep late after a long think about the match

If lockdown was a food, what would it be? Mushrooms, sound appealing but don’t meet expectatio­ns.

How have you found Covid-19 and how has it affected your life? Shite, in every aspect of life, especially sport.

If you were elected Chairperso­n of Wicklow GAA what would be the first thing you’d do or change? Flip it over and put all the money into our more successful hurling setup.

If you could jump forward 20 years, how would you hope you had lived your life and what would you like to have achieved? Change the history of the sport, become one of the greats.

If you had one wish right now, what would you wish for? I wish to be granted an endless amount of wishes.
