THERE was a top award for Louth Food Producer Derrycamma Farm, at the Irish Quality Food Awards 2017.
Following on from the unprecedented success at the recent Blas na hEireann Awards and international Great Taste Awards, multi-award winning food producers who are part of the Dunnes Stores Simply Better Collection won an exceptional 54 awards at the Irish Quality Food Awards (IQFA) which took place last night in The Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin.
These awards bring the total of awards won this year alone to 98 and over 300 awards, that the premium food and drink brand has received since it was introduced in 2013.
The Irish Quality Food and Drink Awards (IQFA) were launched in 2013 for the retail sector and are unique in that they reward great tasting products, with the best of flavours, textures and aromas. Each year the awards demonstrate the capacity of retailers and producers to create marvellous new products.
The Simply Better Collection is a fantastic example of just that, a retailer and producer collaboration that has led to a premium collection which is made up of over 350 products and over 270 of these are produced in Ireland and available exclusively in Dunnes Stores nationwide.

Derrycamma Farm was Highly Commended on the night in the Sauces and Salad Dressings Category for their Dunnes Stores Simply Better Irish Made Honey and Mustard Dressing.
