Celebrations for local couple as Tom scoops dream holiday to New York

-

A lucky local man has bagged himself a once in a lifetime dream holiday to New York.

Tom Griffin has been announced as the winner in the Topaz Play or Park game winning an all expenses paid trip to the Big Apple.

Tom chose to play his points at his local Topaz in Boyne, Drogheda and couldn’t believe his luck when he bagged the trip to the city that never sleeps – New York!

Tom and his wife, Sharon, will spend seven nights soaking up everything that the Big Apple has to offer, including return limousine transfers from the airport to the hotel, two tickets to an event at renowned concert venue Madison Square Garden, and a delicious dinner for two at the rooftop restaurant, Gallow Green.

Not only that, Tom and Sharon will experience a spectacular helicopter tour of New York City that will take in the sites of the city from above and enjoy €2,000 spending money to use as they please, perhaps treating themselves to a spot of self-gifting in the shopping capital of the world.

Commenting on his Play or Park win, Tom said: ‘I couldn’t believe it when I heard that I was the December winner!

My wife, Sharon, and I flew to New York last summer to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and now, with thanks to Topaz, we will get to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary in the Big Apple too. Who knows, at this rate we might have to make it an annual celebratory trip! We are looking forward to the whole experience, but we are particularly excited about the helicopter tour and taking in a show at Madison Square Garden.’

Play or Park allows customers to play their points to be in with a chance to win that month’s prize, or park their points to play at a later stage with a guaranteed treat every time you play.
